Refund policy

We offer a 3-day hassle-free return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Once approved, the returned product(s) must reach us within 7 days.

Reverse pick-up is provided at no additional cost, subject to pin-code serviceability. Pick-up will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products returned in damaged, altered, or worn condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s). Refunds are applicable only on prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for bank refunds and may be issued store credit where applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After an exchange order has been delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable.

If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your pin-code, products must be couriered to: ANANYAA, 866/7 Poonam Market, Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 110006.

Please ensure secure packaging and clearly mention the Order ID and registered mobile number. Upon receipt, prepaid orders will be refunded the full amount along with ₹100 towards courier charges, while COD orders will receive a coupon code.

We recommend using India Post – Speed Post for self-shipping. Packages sent via The Professional Couriers will not be accepted.

If a product is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details.
